From daily carry to far-off travel, Allett products are designed to move with you for years. Every material we source and every detail we refine is chosen with longevity in mind—because the best products aren’t just used, they’re relied on. That’s why every Allett product is backed by a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
We’ll replace any product that qualifies under our warranty:
U.S. customers: We cover replacement shipping across all 50 states.
International customers: We’ll replace your product, with shipping costs and any duties or taxes covered by the customer.
This warranty doesn’t cover damage from accidents, improper care, or neglect. And like anything well-used, your gear will show signs of wear over time—that’s part of the story, not a defect.

Repair Your Allett
Occasionally with normal wear, and although the wallet is structurally sound, a stitch or two can fray. Don't despair, your wallet is most likely still in perfectly good condition and will last for many years to come. The trick that works best to seal up a loose thread, is to quickly run a flame over the stitch, a basic lighter should do the trick. Do you have a really old Allett that needs a quick fix? We encourage you to find a local tailor in your area. They can typically fix most issues, and tend to be pretty affordable. And Kudos, fixing your Allett is a more sustainable option than entirely replacing your wallet.
